A "notario" is not a lawyer. This matters.

In Florida, only a licensed attorney can give legal advice, represent you before USCIS, and stand with you in immigration court. Paperwork places and notarios cannot, and a botched filing can follow your case for years. Scammers now copy real lawyers’ photos, papers, and even voices, so verify anyone you talk to, including this office: look up the Bar number on the Florida Bar website, then call the office number listed there. A real lawyer will never be offended that you checked.

How We Help

Family Petitions

Bring your spouse, children, or parents. Filed right the first time, so the wait is the government’s only delay.

Citizenship

Naturalization done clean: eligibility check first, then the N-400, then interview prep.

TPS & Humanitarian

TPS registrations and renewals, parole programs, and what they mean for your future options.

Asylum

Your story, prepared and presented properly, within the one-year rules.

Removal Defense

If you or a family member is in proceedings or detained, timing is everything. Call first.

Flat fees, in writing, before you hire us

Every case gets a written flat-fee quote at the consultation. The number covers the work described, it does not grow with your phone calls, and government filing fees are listed separately so you see exactly where every dollar goes.

How it works

  1. 1

    Consultation

Bring everything. We review your documents and history, and you leave knowing your real options, in your language.

  2. 2

A plan and a flat fee, in writing

What we will file, what it costs, what the government charges separately, and what the realistic timeline looks like.

  3. 3

We file, we track, we keep you informed

You get copies of everything and updates as the case moves. When there is an interview or a hearing, we prepare you and we are there.

Your photo and bio go here.

A real photo and a short history: education, admissions, years in practice, community ties. It is one of the first things people check before they call, and it cannot be invented for you.

Left empty on purpose. A stock photo here would make the page less believable, not more.

Questions people actually ask

How much does an immigration lawyer cost?

This office works on flat fees quoted in writing at the consultation, based on your actual case. Government filing fees are separate and go to USCIS. You will never be billed by surprise for a phone call.

Can you promise my case will be approved?

No. No honest lawyer can promise an outcome, and you should walk away from anyone who does. What we promise is a complete, correct, well-argued case and straight answers at every step.

Do you speak Creole and Spanish?

Yes. Consultations and case updates happen in English, Kreyòl Ayisyen, or Español. Legal problems are stressful enough in your first language.

I started with a notario and it went wrong. Can you fix it?

Often, yes. Bring everything they filed. Cleaning up a bad filing is common work in this office, and the earlier we see it, the more can be saved.
